By submitting content or engaging with the platform, you grant Yakura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for the purpose of promoting or maintaining the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure, and you must promptly notify Yakura if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Yakura will take appropriate action in response to violations, which may include issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently removing users from the platform if the violation is severe or repeated.

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

By engaging with Yakura, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Community Policy. You further understand that failure to comply with this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to Yakura's platform.
