REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please submit your request through the designated customer support channels. Your request must include:

  • Your order details, including the order number and the product(s) in question.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 business days from the date your request is approved.

  • Refund via Yakura Wallet: In order to mitigate fraud risks and avoid unnecessary fees, refunds will primarily be issued to your Yakura Wallet. This provides a secure and immediate transaction.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: If you request that your refund be processed back to your original payment method (such as a credit card), please note that it will take longer to process. This additional time helps prevent potential abuse of our system and credit card chargebacks, ensuring fair treatment for all users.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products may be explicitly designated as non-refundable. These products will be identified clearly at the time of purchase, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

ABUSE OF REFUND POLICY

Yakura reserves the right to deny refunds to customers who engage in behavior that abuses the refund process or violates the spirit of this policy. Such behavior may include, but is not limited to:

  • Submitting multiple refund requests for the same or different products without reasonable justification.
  • Making refund requests after having received the product or service for an extended period.
  • Engaging in behavior that Yakura deems harmful, deceptive, or contrary to the best interests of the company and its customers.

Customers who engage in such behavior may have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated, and they will no longer be eligible for any future refunds.

The final determination regarding eligibility for a refund will be made by Yakura in its sole discretion, based on the information provided in your request and any additional circumstances that Yakura deems relevant.
