One catalogue with variants, stocked across as many locations as you run. Scan a barcode to find it, move it, or count it. Every movement is logged against a person.
The floor does the counting
A kiosk on a tablet, a 4-digit PIN, and staff can receive, move and count stock without an account or a licence. Stock can never go negative — the database refuses it.
